If the item is reported as damaged/faulty within the 24hrs of receiving the goods, we can do a free of charge collection with the courier. On smaller items we ask the customer to return the item by royal mail and we will refund the postage. Once the goods are received back and have been checked by our trained returns engineer we will issue a replacement/refund and resend the item free of charge.
If the item is reported as damaged over the 24 hours but within 7 days the customer can contact us for a returns number and return the item for refund or exchange. We can refund postage costs up to the value of £5.99 only.
If the customer reports damage over the 7 days of receiving the goods, they must return the item at their own cost (with a returns number) and we will issue a refund or replacement.
If the customer just changes their mind about the item and no longer wants it, they must return the item (unused) at their own cost and a 20% administration charge will apply on the item. We will not refund any carriage charges.
