Returns Policy
You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, however, this does not apply to certain items, ie. perishable or personalised goods (please check with our Customer Services department before return).
Our Customer Services department must be advised by telephone within 14 days of your receipt of the goods if you wish to return them. We will not accept goods for return that have been used and expect ALL goods to be returned in the same condition as prior to purchase.
Goods must be returned immediately after notification at your own expense.

Please contact our Customer Services department on 01723 892122 for a returns number which must be shown on the outside packaging. Items returned without an authorised returns number may not be processed.

Faulty Goods

Please contact our Customer Services department if your item develops a fault and we will advise on the appropriate action , e.g. repair, refund or replace.

Damaged Goods

If your goods are damaged in transit your must contact our Customer Service department within 24 hours of receipt and we will advise on the appropriate action.

Unwanted Goods

When returning unwanted goods, a 20% administration fee apply.
